Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase of beats from Prince Fosu trading as iPappi. If you have any issues or concerns with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be issued if:

• The purchased beat is defective or unusable;
• The wrong beat was delivered;
• You accidentally placed a duplicate order.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• A change of mind;
• Subjective dissatisfaction with the beat;
• Failure to read the beat description;
• Failure to understand the applicable licensing terms.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund you must contact us within 14 days of the purchase date and provide detailed information explaining the issue or the reason for your request.

We may ask for additional information or evidence to verify the request, including audio recordings, screenshots, or other relevant documentation demonstrating the issue with the beat.

Refunds are issued at our discretion, based on the validity of the request and your compliance with this policy.

3. Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase, and are typically processed within 7 business days of approval.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the funds in your account.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Customized beats, or beats produced to your specifications, are non-refundable once the production process has begun.
• Purchases of exclusive rights are non-refundable once the applicable license agreement has been signed.

5. Limited License Termination

If a refund is issued for a beat purchase, your license to use that beat terminates, and you must cease all use of the beat in your projects.
